Had the best customer service in the drive thru, this Monday afternoon. Most polite and friendly crew! Haven't tried the food yet had to give them a shout out though. Love when people are just happy and nice. Throw your staff a pizza party Wendy's on white bluff.

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food chains for fresh salads, their chili and friendly service. This new location does not disappoint. It's located at the corner of White Bluff Road and Wiltshire Boulevard.
The light filled interior has floor to ceiling windows, counter dining with stools, seating area, booths and high top tables. A flat screen t.v. is keeping everyone informed of winter weather.
My harvest salad is wonderful and topped with grilled chicken, craisins, candied walnuts, bacon and green apples. The Marzetti brand, Apple Cider vinaigrette is a perfect accompaniment. Their salads are made using fresh greens that are not from a bag.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. The place was reasonably busy, yet the individual on the burger station could not be bothered to move quickly. The woman running the drive thru window was obviously Ill and was openly coughing on the food she was placing into bags. Only one person, I believe his name was Michael, was actually kind and doing his job, but unfortunately he was also having to make up for the lack of professionalism and work ethic from the rest of the staff. On top of this, I was given the wrong food, so I went up to the counter to request the correct order. It took ten minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, and then it took over twenty minutes to get the correct food. By then, the rest of our order was cold. Normally, I could empathize with a busy shift and having to wait a few moments more than usual, but there is no reason I should have to wait a total 30 minutes for "fast" food while I watch a worker cough the flu onto kid's meals. Will not be going back to this location.
